Imagine living your life where your health is the best it can be; you feel terrific waking up in the morning and have full of energy throughout the day.

You have an abundance of wealth to live in any neighborhood in the world you can think of or drive any luxury car, help your close friends and family so you could help your hard-working mother to retire early never to have to worry about paying bills.

Imagine having an abundance of beautiful women and cool friends in your life who does not hang out with you because of your wealth but genuinely like you as a person.

And having a perfect partner that fits your personality that you can start a family of your own.

You spring out of your bed in the morning. As Warren Buffet mentions, you tap dance to work. You are in a flow (like Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi talks about in his book flow).

You have a strong sense of purpose of clarity about who you are, and you get a great sense of gratification being able to help people in your local community and around the world.

In his ted talk, Tai Lopez said,

"Everybody wants the good life, but not everybody gets it."

And you often hear Tai Lopez Quote Charlie Munger:

"To get what you want. You have to deserve what you want. The world is not yet a crazy enough place to reward a whole bunch of undeserving people."

How can we be deserving to live a good life?

The answer is simple but not easy.

"Go to bed a little wiser than you woke up. Discharge your duties faithfully and well, and if you live long enough, most people get what they deserve." - Charlie Munger.

This quote from Charlie Munger could be an excellent framework for us to remind ourselves every day to go to bed a little wiser than when we woke up by becoming a learning machine, whether through books, in-person mentors, or seminars, etc.

In-person mentors who are 10x, 20x 10000x ahead of you the best, even if it is 5 or 10 mins a week, is always preferable as we learn through osmosis.

In addition to in-person mentors, we can always add books to our daily routine, so we go to bed a little wiser every day and learn from other people mistakes like Warren Buffet says,

"It's good to learn from your mistakes. It's even better to learn from other people's mistakes."

Tai often mentions four pillars of living a good life:

Health, Wealth, Love and Happiness.

Happiness Tai describes it as a cat; if you chase a cat to pet, it will often run away from you.

You have to let it come to you. When you work on your three pillars, Health, Wealth, and Love, Happiness automatically comes to you.

Tai Lopez Reading pattern is to read at three different times during the day:

1) Morning - Classics books are best to read in the morning to cleanse your brain. Like cleansing your body, we can cleanse our brain by reading classics books that have stood the test of times.

2) Afternoon - Tai prefers to read work-related books or self-development books in the afternoon. You may want to read books related to your industry, i.e., business, medical book, how-to/self-help books.

3) Night - Tai likes to read autobiographies or biographies because it gives us courage, and you cut your learning curve by learning from people way ahead of you and learn from their mistakes.

Tai is not a big fan of reading how-to books right before bed because you may not want to keep your brain hyperactive right before bed, and rather autobiographies or biographies would be a perfect choice to relax and read before bed.
